Our Jackets completed a regular season sweep of the Aiken Hornets Friday night. Girls won 54-32 and the boys stung the Hornets 68-45. The Jackets hit the road to South Aiken Tuesday (2/4) night before hosting Airport at home next Friday (2/7) night for Senior Night. GO Jackets!

Attention all dancers! There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 4th from 5 to 7pm for anyone interested in joining the new Jacket Elite Dance Team. The meeting will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room. This is for all rising 9th through 12th graders! We hope to see you there!
ATTEST will be providing an ACT/SAT Prep Session that will be held at South Aiken on Saturday March 1st. Anyone interested in attending these workshops should pre-register using the link below. The SAT Prep will be administered from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and the ACT Prep will be given 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Submissions for the 2024-2025 Epiphany Magazine are now being accepted. Epiphany Magazine is an annual North Augusta High School publication that highlights some of our best artists. There are two submission categories: poetry and art/photography. Our teachers vote on the top 3 in each category. At the reveal party, we celebrate all of our artists and the winners.
This year, submissions are being accepted starting Monday, February 3rd through Friday, March 7th. No late submissions will be accepted.
All poetry and art/photographs must be submitted via email to szeller@acpsd.net. Please include "EPIPHANY" in the subject line.

Mr. Ball’s students of the month for January are Jay Knight, Danielle Mauck (not pictured), and Zariah Scarborough. All three of these students have demonstrated dedication to their education in the first month of the semester. They have worked hard to achieve not only a strong grade, but a strong understanding of the material. Keep up the good work!
NAHS's Mock Trial team conducted their first dress rehearsal in a courtroom at Aiken County Government Center with Judge Sullivan donating his time to guide our team through procedures and objections. Our team is working hard preparing for competition in February. We appreciate the attorney coaches, Jeanne Norris and Zack Moulton, from Maxwell Law Firm for donating their time to guide our students. Our teacher coaches are Mrs. Merion from our English department and Mr. Rhodes from our History department. #nahsyellowjackets

Congratulations to North Augusta High Assistant Principal David Harris on being named to the 2025-26 STARS of Public Education Assistant Principal of the Year Honor Court!
District leaders surprised Assistant Principal of the Year Honor Court members, who are the top three winners in the school district, at their schools earlier this month. The District will host all school winners, recognize top nominees, and announce District winners during the STARS of Public Education Banquet at Aiken High School on March 20, 2025.

Pickleball Club will meet this Thursday, January 30 from 4-5 at Grace UMC's gym located at 639 Georgia Ave in downtown North Augusta. Students must have a permission slip to attend Pickleball Club practice. They can be picked up in the counseling office. For more information contact Erica Williams at ewilliams@acpsd.net.
NAHS Boys Golf Tryouts will be February 3-4 at the River Golf Club. Anyone interested in trying out needs to see Mr. Spears in D310 on the Social Studies Hall to pick up paperwork and sign up for a tee time.
Track tryouts will be held Monday February 3rd to Thursday February 6th from 4 to 5:15pm at the High School Stadium. This is for anyone in grades 7-12. You must have an updated physical form for this year and the proper County Form from the North Augusta High School website to tryout. This is a tryout and cuts will be made. If you are still in basketball or wrestling season with your school, or if you have any questions, please contact Coach Murray at dmurray@acpsd.net.
