WJBF Scholar Athlete Award recipient Connor Brown receives award surrounded by family, coach, and community partners.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – You can call Connor Brown, “Mr. All-Everything.” That’s what the senior wide receiver has been to the North Augusta High School football program, and, just the school at large.

That’s why Brown has been named our Scholar Athlete for the week.

The 6-foot-2, 190-pound standout is perhaps most widely known for his gridiron exploits. In 2024, he was the leading pass catcher for a SCHSL Region 4-AAAA champion with his 35 catches, 545 receiving yards and five scores. But his accomplishments stretch far beyond that.

He’s in the top half of his class with a weighted 4.4 GPA, a member of the Beta Club and recipient of the Coca-Cola Golden Helmet award for academic and athletic excellence.

If that’s not enough, he’s garnered all-region and all-state honors in football, he was a Border Bowl selection and is a member of North Augusta’s varsity soccer team. From coaches to parents, Brown’s impact has been deeply felt.
