Last week, Aiken County celebrated our ACPSD Stars of Public Education from each school. From North Augusta High there was Ms. Koonce (NAHS Teacher of the Year), Ms. Flowers (NAHS First Year Teacher of the Year), Ms. Michelle Johnson (NAHS GEM of the Year), and Mr. Harris (ACPSD AP of the Year Finalist). The event was capped off with the announcement of our district award winners.
Our very own Mr. Harris was named the ACPSD District Assistant Principal of the Year!
Mr. Harris joined the administrative team after having served as a computer science and information technology instructor at North Augusta High for thirteen years. He is a proud graduate of North Augusta High and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Augusta University as well as a Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership and Supervision from Gardner Webb University.
We are so proud of Mr. Harris and all that he does for our staff and students here at NAHS!
