Your voice, your choice! On Wednesday, our students sampled entrees as part of a Chartwells Student Choice event. The winner? Bok Choy – Asian Inspired Cuisine full of tasty dishes inspired from Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Korean food cultures. Beginning on Monday, November 25th, a variety of Bok Choy menu items will be available to all Aiken High students at no cost.

The Art Department is proud to announce this years winners of the Western Carolina's State Fair's Art Competition. Our students summited artwork in categories ranging from drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, and more. Due to extensive rainfall that’s flooded, washed out, and led to road closures across our county, our schools and offices will operate on a two-hour delayed schedule tomorrow. Due to the delayed start, only lunch will be served tomorrow in our cafeterias. Students on half-day schedules, including Early Learning Special Education students and others, will not come to school tomorrow as buses will be unable to make mid-day routes. The Aiken County Career Center will not have morning classes. Students will report to their high school on a two-hour delay. Rainfall is expected throughout the night and into tomorrow. Please use extreme caution when travelling to work. If you encounter flooded roadways, please turn around. The safety of our students, staff, and families is most important.
