Attendance Information
Attendance is located in the main office. Please have your student sign in or out in that location only. For safety, students should not exit the building from any other door during the school day.

Emails regarding attendance should be sent to AHSAttendance@acpsd.net
Handwritten notes and emails for sign outs MUST be turned in to the main office or emailed to ahsattendance@acpsd.net no later than 9:30 AM daily.
Emails MUST originate from the guardian email that is on file for the student.
The following information should be included in all emails and handwritten notes for student sign outs:
The student's full name (no nicknames)
The date and time the student needs to be signed out
A working phone number to contact parent/guardian
All requests for students to sign out after 9:30 am will need to be in person.
In emergency situations, you will need to call the main office AND provide an email verification before the student can be called down to sign out.
The attendance email is not checked regularly throughout the day, therefore, an email without a phone call after 9:30 will likely be missed.
As a reminder, students should turn in an excuse for all absences, regardless of the reason. Notes should be turned in to the front office within 5 days of the absence. This includes signing in late or being dismissed early.
