Belvedere Elementary PTO

What is a PTO/PTA?

A Parent Teacher Organization is a formal group comprised of parents, teachers and school staff to facilitate participation in school activities to benefit students. A PTO supports the educational goals of the school, extending those goals to the students. We do our best to:

  • Encourage volunteerism and getting involved in community events

  • Host school functions for both parents and children to take part in

  • Enhance school spirit among students and staff

  • Provide teacher appreciation events

  • Assist financially through fundraising efforts

Why is a PTO Important?

A PTO promotes parental involvement by supporting their students, teachers and staff. A PTO can address issues that are important to parents and school administrators alike. A PTO can also assist in the overall success and well-being of each student.

Volunteer

PTO Volunteers are always welcome and needed!!! If you can help, many helping hands make it easier for us all and our school that much better for our students!

Belvedere PTO helps organize activities and fundraisers that support a variety of programs at our school. We need your help to make this a success!! If you are interested in volunteering, please join the PTO and email us at ptobelvedere@gmail.com.

Please contact Katie Weaver in the front office if you need to do Volunteer Training, which must be completed in order to volunteer.
