Mr. Mark Cota and Ms. Kelsey Hammond and their students were recognized as being top users of the Gizmos Math and Science Simulation programs. Mr. Cota's students had the highest usage in the district and Ms. Hammond's students were also among the highest users in the school district. Students are able to interact with the Gizmo software to simulate Science and Math experiments virtually. Students find the software highly engaging while working out complex concepts through trial and error and other simulations.
