Auggie Mascot

Exciting news for our students! Auggie the mascot made a special visit to our school to kick off this year’s Auggie’s Reading Challenge—and he’s here to inspire students to read and have some fun while doing it! Auggie brought his energy and enthusiasm to get everyone excited about reading, and now it’s time for our students to take on the challenge!

Here’s how it works:

Students in grades K-5 are invited to read and log 4 books. Once they’ve finished, they’ll earn a FREE ticket to a local baseball game, which can be used on either May 11th or May 21st. It’s a great way to celebrate their reading achievements and enjoy some family fun at the ballpark!

To participate, parents can simply scan the QR code included in the flyer to log their child’s books. It’s that easy!

If you have any questions about the challenge, feel free to reach out to Ms. Goldman at egoldman@acpsd.net. Let’s get reading and make this year’s challenge a home run!

Happy Reading, and we can't wait to see you at the game! ⚾📚
