Dear North Aiken Bears,

Welcome to a new school year!  It has been such an honor to serve as the principal of North Aiken Elementary School over the past six years, and I am looking forward to year seven!  The staff at North Aiken Elementary continues to have an unwavering commitment to the academic success of ALL students.  Our students will be able to articulate their thoughts and acquire information as we provide rigorous instruction to help develop them into the future leaders of tomorrow. 

Let’s continue to work together! We value the support of our parents and community members.  You are invited to serve as a volunteer, PTO member, participate in special school activities, or serve on our School Improvement Council.

It is our desire to keep you informed of all the activities at North Aiken Elementary School.  Flyers and other information will be sent home through our weekly folder.  In addition, you can find flyers and other pertinent information posted on our school website.  Please do not hesitate to contact your child’s teacher or administration through email or phone call.  I am looking forward to a fantastic school year.

Hello North Aiken Bears! 

It is an absolute pleasure and honor to serve as your Assistant Principal at North Aiken Elementary School.  

As we partner together to grow children to become the best version of themselves as responsible learners and productive, success-driven citizens, I would like to introduce myself. In my 25-year career in education, I have served as a teacher, lead teacher at an arts magnet school, and as an assistant principal. I am passionate about teaching, learning, and building meaningful relationships.  

I have three grown children and one son-in-love. Family is especially important to me, and I love spending quality time with them. I love serving in my church community in various roles. In my spare time, I love visiting the beach, engaging in arts-based activities, such as concerts, museums, and theater productions. It would be remiss of me to not mention my fondness for cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!  

A quote I like to live by is “Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better, and your better is best.” In the spirit of this quote, I would like to bring this energy to North Aiken as we strive to achieve the best for our students, staff, and school community.
