Welcome! We are glad you are interested in basketball at HSMS. To tryout and participate, you must have an up-to-date sports physical. 

You can pick up this sports physical form from the front office, Coach Sheridan in B205, or by clicking the link below.

Turn in your physical to Coach Faugl in the Media Center or Coach Sheridan.
