Online registration for the 2026–2027 school year is not yet open. In the meantime, families should complete registration through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
To support effective planning, we are working to confirm enrollment for both new and returning students. If your child will not be returning to Greendale Elementary next school year or your family is moving, please notify your child’s teacher as soon as possible.

Aiken High School’s Educators Rising would like to invite you and your children to enjoy “A Royal Family Ball - Under the Sea” in the Aiken High School cafeteria on May 8th - 6:00-8:30 PM. This event is for families with young children to experience a “prom-like” event, where they get to dress up in fancy clothes, dance to fun music, eat delicious snacks, make crafts, play games, enjoy other activities, and take pictures of the memories!
Tickets are available on GoFan.com. See the link and QR Code in the picture. Costs are $5.00 for each child ages 3-years-old to 12-years-old (children 2 + under are free). All children must be accompanied by an adult family member (18-years-old and up). Costs for adult tickets are $10.00.

April is the month of the military child. Last week we showed our appreciation and support with a themed spirit week, decorating our school in purple, and recognizing the military children in our school. 💜
As an S2S school, Greendale also participated in collecting hygiene products for homeless veterans. As a whole school we collected 1,062 items to donate! 🇺🇸
Shout out to Ms. LaGrow's and Mrs. Yaun’s kindergarten class for collecting the most items and winning the ice cream party! 🍦

This past week was another fun-filled, busy week. Tuesday was the district wide Battle of The Books competition! While our team didn't win the title we are extremely proud of them and all of their hard work to prepare for this competition. Thank you to our media specialist, Mrs. Summerford, and our media aide, Mrs. Poston (or as most students now call her, Mrs. Ann) for taking time with and encouraging these students. 📚

Today, we proudly Purple Up in support of our military-connected students and families.
To our military families, thank you for your service, your strength, and the many sacrifices you make. We are honored to serve your children and celebrate them not just today, but every day.
"Purple up" with Aiken County Public Schools on Friday, April 17th, as we combine Air Force blue, Army green, Navy blue, Marine red, Space Force blue and Coast Guard blue and wear PURPLE in a demonstration of support for the families of those who serve.
