Good Evening Gloverville Families,
We are down to our last week for the first semester and 2024. We hope that you all have a wonderful break and get to enjoy that time with family and friends. An update to our total amount students raised for the Empty Valley Stocking Fund and matched by our PTO - the total was $1,200 raised.
THANK YOU to all of the volunteers that helped PTO with the Santa Shop last week!!! Without your help we couldn't have the event. Your help is much appreciated whether it was an hour or all week!!!!
Event's happening this week:
Count Down to Christmas Break dress days.
Monday - Favorite Character Day
Tuesday - Hawaiian Christmas
Wednesday - Ugly Sweater Day
Thursday - Red and Green Day
Friday - Pajama Day
Dec. 16 - School Improvement Council Meeting at 3pm
Dec. 17th - Night of Lights - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
We are also collecting canned goods for Our Lady of the Valley at the door.
Dec. 20th - Half Day - Dismissal at 11:00am (this is a change from Early Dismissal Days).
Breakfast will be offered between 7:00am and 7:25am. There will be no lunch this day.
Our office will be closed from 11:45am to 12:45pm for a event for the entire staff
To our parents with students in 2nd through 5th grade - Laptops and Chargers will be going home on December 20th in anticipation for the January 6th E-Learning Day. Kindergarten and first grade students will have their work sent home with them on Friday. Teacher availability for that day is listed below:
Teachers will be available via Rooms/Email - 7:45am - 2:30pm
Teachers Office Hours on Teams to teach/help students are: 9am-10am and 1:15pm-2:15pm
