Aiken High School honored its first round of Hornet Traditions recipients at the school Tuesday, Dec. 7.
The school honored those who have made a substantial impact to Aiken High and the Aiken High community by naming various parts of the school in their honor.
Aiken High Principal Jason Holt led the program as the school honored some of its past students, teachers and administrators by naming several of the corridors after them. Eight signs were unveiled.
Recipients included Christopher Emanuel, Linda Strojan, Lisa Lader, Art Lader, Jim Sheehan, Garen Cofer, David Salter, Aubrey Pompey and Gail Diggs.
More corridors will be named later.
