radio club donates books to mvhs library

The Aiken County Public School District is pleased to announce a recent donation of books to Midland Valley High School on behalf of the North Augusta Belvedere Radio Club.

This donation – valued at around $400 – marks the fifth gift of books covering Amateur Radio that the club has generously provided to students of the Aiken County Public School District.

The club raises funds throughout the year to supply local school libraries and public libraries with books about Amateur Radio. Each book has a sticker on the inside cover containing links where a person can learn more about Amateur Radio or take their licensing test.
