Julie Yonn has been named the new assistant principal at Warrenville Elementary School for the 2022-23 school year.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Art in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Aiken, a Master of Curriculum and Instruction in Elementary Education from Lesley University, and a Master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of South Carolina Columbia.
Yonn spent the first 18 years of her career as an elementary school teacher. Since 2014, she has served as a Literacy Coach at Byrd Elementary School, and for the last four years she has been a Summer Reading Camp Site Coordinator.
Her duties as the Warrenville Elementary School assistant principal will begin in July.
