Matt Shepler has been appointed as an assistant principal at South Aiken High School for the 2022-23 school year.
Shepler’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University, and a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton.
Shepler began his career in education as a middle school Social Studies teacher in 2006. He has also served as a dean of students, an assistant principal, and a principal. In 2021, he became Aiken High School’s Cambridge Lead Teacher.
His duties as assistant principal at South Aiken High School will begin in July.
