Volunteer Information

Thank you for being a school volunteer!

Volunteers must be approved each school year. To be an approved volunteer, you must view and complete the following forms on this page. Forms can be printed, signed, and sent back to the school within 3 weeks of your volunteering. This allows schools time to input your information and receive approval through Hall Pass. If you are unable to print, a hard copy can be picked up from your student's school. Each of the following steps is required to become a volunteer.

  2. Fill out the Volunteer Training Video Acknowledgement Form.

  3. Complete the Volunteer Conduct and Expectation Form. Turn it in to the office along with your Volunteer Application (see step 4). If you are unable to print the form, you can pick up a printed version from your student's school office.

  4. Complete the Volunteer Application and return it to the school where you plan to volunteer. If you are unable to print the application, you can pick up a printed version from your student's school office.
