Celebrate your child's birthday by having their name displayed on the electronic sign in front of NAMS from Monday to Monday the week of their birthday. The cost is $15 and can be paid by cash or check. Fill out the birthday form below and either email it to ksmith2@acpsd.net or print and return it to the media center with payment. All funds help teacher/staff incentive programs.
