Aiken Innovate at LMMS was established to be your first line of support for virtual student/parent. However, the district has established a technology help line for hardware issues (something wrong with your school-issued device) or login issues (forgotten passwords) - you can call the district technology help-line. It is available Monday-Friday from 8-5. (803) 641-2642 for issues with software programs like Schoology, Teams, Email, etc. please reach out to the school or contact your teacher.

Trouble Shooting Technology Issues

1. Change your web browser. (Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome work best)
2. Use student’s Microsoft Office 365 email account to access Microsoft Teams.
3. To access live lessons use the calendar in Microsoft Teams.
4. If the Team meeting is not on the calendar, you should check the class posts or email the teacher for the code.
5. Login to Schoology daily.
6. To check on work completion and grades go to gradebook in Schoology.
