Volunteer Training

Volunteers are a vital part of building relationships between schools, parents, community members, and business partners, while adding value to the educational experience of Hammond Hill students. Anyone wishing to volunteer at our school must undergo a criminal background check every two years and renew their training each year. A clear background check is required. A National Sex Offender Registry Check is required of all volunteers (and school visitors).

Volunteer opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Chaperones for school field trips, & sporting events

  • Booster Club, PTA Officers

  • Athletic coach assistants
