Employee Assistance Program

Each day, we face challenges that can impact us personally and professionally. These challenges may include issues related to childcare, finances, legal matters, health, or emotions. These difficulties often affect many parts of our lives. To help us better manage these challenges, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has gathered information to educate and support us in all of these important areas.

Safety Monitor

“Three years ago, Mr. Higgenbottom saw me walking along the road. He stopped, offered me a ride to the school, and said, “You look like you need a job.” I’ve been here ever since, and I truly enjoy working here”!

Mr. Timothy “Keith” Herrington has worked for ACPSD for the last three years and is currently serving as a Safety Monitor at Midland Valley High School.

Keith is exemplary in everything he does as a district employee. He works AM/PM bus duty, lunch duty, and is even a press box spotter during Friday night football games. Mr. Herrington never misses a day, is great at what he does, and the kids and staff love him! Every school deserves a Mr. Herrington!
