Beginning December 19th at 3:30 PM, we are blocking YouTube on all student devices. Videos embedded in Schoology will still be allowed but direct access to YouTube via any other means will be blocked.
Access for staff will not be affected.
Attached is a Word document and video that gives step-by-step directions on how to embed a YouTube video in Schoology.

One to One Plus Guide for entering work orders
If I am a qualified employee for receiving a laptop, when will I get it?
Beginning July 1, 2022, any qualified employee that will receive a laptop to use will receive it during orientation.
I am transferring from one ACPSD site to another ACPSD site, what do I need to do concerning Technology?
If you are an employee that has been issued a laptop by Technology in the Technology Inventory system, you will keep that device as long as you are an employee of ACPSD. It will travel with you to any ACPSD location you transfer to.
I am retiring, leaving the district, or transferring to a non ACPSD position, what is the off-boarding process concerning technology issued to me?
Any employee/staff member that is leaving the district mid-term, at the end of a term, or retiring from ACPSD should begin the Off-Boarding/Employee Separation process as soon as they know they are leaving. If you are leaving the district or retiring at the end of the school year, you should begin the Off-Boarding/ Employee Separation by Mid-May.
Click Here for the Off-Boarding/Employee Separation form/instructions.
Principals/Department Managers:
The Off-Boarding-Employee Separation Document should be given to all employees whether they leave the district mid-year, at the end of a term, after summer school, or due to termination. You can work with your schools Technology Support personnel for a list of items that each employee has been issued by the district. The Off-Boarding Employee Separation Document provides instructions on how to backup documents, when access will be turned off to your accounts, and frequently asked questions. The document also explains when devices should be turned in and to whom. Following the instructions per the Off-Boarding Employee Separation Document will ensure that we have devices to issue to new employees during on-boarding.
With devices being issued directly to employees, when will new models be issued?
We will use the Technology Inventory system to know the age of the devices, when warranty expires, and when the device is due for replacement. As monies are provided by the district, upgraded devices will be issued to the employee with the aged device.
