National Beta Club
Need to earn service hours? Find ways to volunteer but still stay safe and follow CDC and DHEC guidelines. Be sure you use your Beta brain to keep yourself and others safe.
Write letters/cards to residents of nursing homes, the military, shut-ins, hospital patients, law enforcement, bus driveres, missionaries, etc.
Pick up garbage at a park or road side (be careful!)
Do yard work for someone other than your family
Wash cars for others for free
Tutor someone (child, peer, or adult)
Clean out your room and donate to charity
Make book marks for students to use at elem school next year
rRecord yourself reading books and make sure kids can watch it
Create games, flashcards, manipulatives for primary or elementary aged children
If you are a musician, provide free virtual lessons
Create a birthday party box for a child (party hats, plates, cups, napkins, balloons, streamers, candles, etc)
Volunteer to feeds a family's pet(s) while they are on vacation
Volunteer to wash and groom a family's pet(s).

Dues: $30
$15 National dues
$15 local dues (covers stole for graduation)
A student must be at least a 2nd semester freshman and have a 3.5 overall GPA in order to be invited to join the Beta Club.
