Hello!
I am excited to be the new media specialist here at Clearwater Elementary! I have been a teacher at the elementary level for the last 15 years, most recently at Mossy Creek Elementary. I received my masters degree in library media sciences from the University of West Alabama, and completed my undergraduate degree at USC-Aiken. I have always loved children's literature, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to share my love of reading with the students here at Clearwater!
My family and I love spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and boating. We are lucky to live out in the country, where we can enjoy the peace and quiet. I am married and have two girls, who will both be in middle school this year.
I am looking forward to a wonderful year, and hope to inspire students to love reading as much as I do!
